The flowers are always perfect and exceed my expectations as a 30 year exclusive customer I would NEVER order from any other florist. My only beef is that I requested a noon delivery and it came an 1.5 hours late causing me to cancel a mtg which I was not happy about. I wrote LA Premier to tell them I was not happy about this. I stayed home all morning for the delivery which was an extra charge as well.
